  1. How do I get other people to follow my diet for a couple days.
  2. How do I show that nutrition is making an impact in athletes lives and normal people's lives.
  3. How does sleep play a big role in diet and athletic performance.
  4. When is it okay to eat unhealthy.
  5. How many meals/ calories are humans supposed to have a day for a healthy diet.
