Blog Post 3: Progress


For my project I have changed some things but the things I changed are good for the project. I now have a partner for this project. I am working with Zak Packingham. We have added some new ideas for our project.  First, we are going to try more supplements and Vitamins.  This is the new thing we added to eating a good diet. Second we are going to see how the supplements and vitamins effect our weight and our performance.  Third, we are going to look at how much supplements and vitamins we take. We are also going to right a paragraph each week explaining what’s going on. Zak and I have also found a purpose for doing this project. Our purpose for doing this project is to make us better as athletes in sports and in the weight room. If we see success in this nutrition guide, we are going to tell more teammates about this. If this works for our teammates we will have better performances in sports and we can do what athletes want to do be champions.
