For my project I have changed some
things but the things I changed are good for the project. I now have a partner
for this project. I am working with Zak Packingham. We have added some new
ideas for our project. First, we are
going to try more supplements and Vitamins. This is the new thing we added to eating a
good diet. Second we are going to see how the supplements and vitamins effect
our weight and our performance. Third, we
are going to look at how much supplements and vitamins we take. We are also
going to right a paragraph each week explaining what’s going on. Zak and I have
also found a purpose for doing this project. Our purpose for doing this project
is to make us better as athletes in sports and in the weight room. If we see success
in this nutrition guide, we are going to tell more teammates about this. If
this works for our teammates we will have better performances in sports and we
can do what athletes want to do be champions.

Week 2
- How do I get other people to follow my diet for a couple days.
- How do I show that nutrition is making an impact in athletes lives and normal people's lives.
- How does sleep play a big role in diet and athletic performance.
- When is it okay to eat unhealthy.
- How many meals/ calories are humans supposed to have a day for a healthy diet.

When I first started this project I didn't know what to do. When I came up with any idea it usually got rejected. Then I came up with and idea to do research on police relationships with citizens of the United States. I decided not to do that because I would have to find people to interview I couldn't just do research. I decided to go back to an old idea and do cooking/ nutrition for athletes or people that workout. In this project I am going to do research on what athlete's need to perform the best. I am going to make food based off of this research and show it to the class. I am going to tell them the importance of supplements in each meal. I am going to eat this food and follow these important nutrition facts and write about how they have affected my athletic performance. I hope doing this project will help show athletes that if they fuel their body with the right the stuff they can perform in great ways.
